3. Authorized Use Policy

IPTV services are provided for personal, residential use only.

Commercial use (bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.) requires prior written approval from JP Electronics.

Any usage at the registered installation address is considered authorized by you, and all charges are your responsibility.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. JP Electronics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if there is a violation of these Terms.
5. Payment Authorization and Charges
By subscribing, you authorize JP Electronics to automatically charge your designated payment method for:

Shipping and handling fees

Applicable taxes

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Standard delivery time: 7–8 business days (varies by location).

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned new items (including renewal subscriptions).

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
6. Equipment Purchase and Use
To access IPTV services on a television, you may purchase JP Electronics equipment, including:

Set-top boxes (STB)

Receivers
-
Cables and remotes
Purchased Equipment

Equipment prices are based on the market rate in your country.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with any hardware or software.

Unauthorized modification may result in service termination and legal action.
7. Returns and Refund Policy

Equipment may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed after the equipment is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Equipment Warranty
JP Electronics warrants that purchased equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Replacement or repaired equipment is covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty (whichever is longer).

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modification, power issues, accidents, or acts of God.

Your sole remedy is repair, replacement, or refund, at JP Electronics’ discretion.
9. Communication and Internet Charges
You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection and any third-party communication costs required to access IPTV services.
10. Customer-Owned Equipment
JP Electronics is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of customer-owned devices such as TVs, computers, routers, or audio equipment.
11. Customer Information and Privacy

We collect personal information solely for billing, account management, customer support, and service improvement.

Anonymous usage data may be aggregated for analytics and reporting.

14. Changes to Terms
JP Electronics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or error-free performance. JP Electronics shall not be liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Subscription Refund Policy (Strict)

No refunds or exchanges once an IPTV account is activated.

Trial subscriptions are strongly recommended before purchase.

IPTV activation codes are non-transferable and non-resalable.

No refunds for internet issues, device failures, or channel changes.
-
Channels may be added or removed based on stability and availability.
19. Anti-Restreaming & Ban Policy
To protect service quality, automatic bans apply if:

One account is used on multiple devices simultaneously

Login occurs from multiple IP addresses or networks
-
Same credentials are used across different platforms at once
-
Resellers duplicate subscriptions
-
Server abuse or misuse is detected
Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds.
20. Reseller Panel Usage
Reseller panels are not for personal use. Any misuse will result in permanent suspension without refund.
21. Channel List Policy
Channel availability is dynamic and may change based on:

JP Electronics reserves the right to add or remove channels without prior notice.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JP Electronics, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the website or services.
