Channel availability may change due to server stability, content source updates, or technical maintenance without prior notice.
Trial subscriptions are available for testing purposes only
Trial services are non-refundable
Trial availability may vary by region and server capacity
Purchasing a trial is the best way to test compatibility, quality, and performance before upgrading to a full IPTV plan.
If you have purchased physical equipment from SIPTV101 (such as IPTV boxes or accessories), the following return conditions apply:
Equipment may be returned within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Refunds are processed only after the returned equipment is received and inspected.
IPTV subscriptions cannot be canceled for a refund after activation
Cancellation only prevents future renewals, not current service
Active subscription time will remain available until expiration

To return your product, you should mail your product to provided address. Please verify address with us before shipping an item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
