REQUIREMENTS:
- High-Speed Internet – Suggest a minimum of 15Mbps but highly recommend 25Mbps.
- Unlimited Data Bandwidth – Strongly Recommended having this as an option.
- Stable cable/wifi connection. if internet connection is not stable then you will channel freezing issue and we want be able to help.
There are no refunds once the account has been activated.

To avoid delays, make sure to include a message with the type of device that you have. If it is Android, IOS, STB Emulator, MAG Box. If you have a MAG Box send us your MAC Address and Portal URL we provided with order.
Login details to start using THE service will be emailed to you within the same day. depending on the timezone you might be able to get the details in your email within 30 minutes after your payment.
The server allows only one device connected at a time per subscription. If you would like to use more than one device we can provide a second subscription at a discounted price.
PLEASE NOTE: JP Electronics do not own the servers or the channels as these are free to air satellite TV channels. We just re-sell activation’s for them & help you connect to their server and manage your subscription. There are no refunds once the account has been activated as this is how IPTV works. If we activate your service with your MAC-address, you can not change to M3U later and vice versa as they are different servers and channel providers.

A lot of the TV series and New Movies do not play or freeze so much it is impossible to watch.

Heather I did ask you before creating account and you gave me MAC. I created an subscription and sent you portal url than after day you ask for m3u..I can provide only one subscription. Still I did gave m3u and stop the other one. I can’t give two service for single payment. If your smartness didn’t work out to get another free subscription that doesn’t mean that you leave a bad review…Anyways it will be better for you to find a different reseller.

Good service. Some channels up (e.g. HGTV,) and then down later in the day, bu they do fix it within a day. CP24 kept freezing sometimes, but not for long.

Didn’t get much of a chance to use my trial (my own doing not this sites fault) but the one thing for sure is that hands down without a doubt, super great customer service. Quick to reply and quick to help out when I had some trouble getting things going.
I’m still in the midst of figuring out which service I want other wise I would already be a customer.
