Did get the full month after some communication! Nota lot of sports channels that work( Tsn & Sportsnet) A lot of English and Movie channels don’t work, or have any electronic program guide. Not able to watch previous tv shows. EnglishTv shows are not separated, as in Us, Canadian, and UK. Video Club Tv shows updates frequently!

Took a day to get the “url” (http://stb.ip1.xyz), portal started working. An hour later it was expired. Paid for a month, but got a day! For English TV it is only live, can’t watch shows from the past. At present it is “Your STB is Blocked”!
If it returns, I’ll have more to say!

Our apology for inconvenience. Yes you paid for 1 month and we do give full subscription. On mytv during creating your account accidentally 24 hour package got selected as a result you had this issue which is fixed now.
Also yesterday we had Bold TV and IPGUYS down so we were busy in taking care of customer who sign up for those service. In that transition may your email got backend.
Anyways your service is up and we have given you 1 extra day of service as a curtesy.

Had the MyTv service for 5 days on a MAC mag box setup. Overall assessment is disappointing. Good selection of English channels but 10% of primetime channels (i.e. WE, Space, HBO) have not worked since day 1. 10% of other channels have no volume. Live channels stutter (on a 30 mbps ethernet wired internet). 40% of channels have no EPG, of the 60% of channels that do have an epg, 10% list a guide for a different channel. Ample supply of sport channels, but the live sports (NFL package) stutter, very frustrating for live sports. VOD has wide variety of movies and shows but advancing (fast forward) a show more than once and the stream freezes. Should not happen with VOD.
Overall I am very disappointed with MyTv and will not be using it again. Don’t recommend you do either.

I had an issue with my samsung portal smart stb, by then I tried my best exchanging with the ressellar and submitted an android MAC adress of my STB Emulator, then they never helped cancelling the previous MAC and activate my Nvidia shield Stb emulator MAC adress. So far I don’t know nothing about the service I ordered.
