    It took a week to get the menu after purchase. After the server crash I had to pay again, I lost over 3000 channels, they were not in English though! If I could speak another language it would be super annoying!

    My favourite package. Sound and quality of image are of good standard. Till now no freezing. However some channels in French and 24/7 never play. Suggest to have these channels removed by the owners if they do not play.

    My only concern is not getting longer subscription months. At the beginning I can get 3 months but lately for the past 3 months I can only get one month at a time even if I already paid for the next 3 months.       Hi Andrea, I understand your frustration but I am doing this only for you guys. Thing is whenever there is a little bit of issue with service customer wants better server and keep asking for replacement server. In this type of case If I add all months together then won’t be able provide different server and customer need to stay with same server or pay for another server and customer won’t be happy to hear that as well. So I am adding month to month, this way customer have an option to try different server coming month. Its way more work for me still I am doing it just to keep my customer better service.

    I would have expected something better. No french Canadian content and half of the remaining foreign french channels wont work properly. Better try before buying a bundle and see if it fits you need though.

    Service from customer care was fast and easy. I am not so happy with voodoo subscription on “Roku device”. I would recommend to get mag set up box or android TV. The streaming quantity is good and it is not lagging. I would recommend to my friends to use this.
