    I have been using this service for a while and it was good.This time the experience has been very bad.I renewed for 3 months paid him for it and he just renewed for 2 months so I texted, emailed, and called but no response or changes made to my account.very very disappointed.Maybe that is why people do monthly renewal so they don’t steal your money. It’s not a lot but it’s not right /ethical.

    Contents are good but streaming is worst. Not sure exactly poor streaming is due to package itself or JP electronics or internet speed. Obviously, no will take the blame.     The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is pretty simple…

    Pro’s:
    – Excellent Support (by email, they won’t pick up phone calls, atleast the 3 times I have tried and left messages.)
    – Instant activation
    – Excellent explanation of how to use the services

    Con’s:
    – I ordered a month of IPTV express, the reason I went with it because a lot of the channels are HD and have the ability to rewind / pause / forward. But when you try to watch a lot of american the channels, it takes any where from 5-10 seconds to load. Most channels (American + Indian) after 2 minutes of watching seem to buffer (even though I am using gigabit internet) – and what happens is the show stops and tries to catch up OR the picture will be distorted (everything in the bottom half of the screen) will be just mangled colors.

    I won’t be renewing IPTV express… But I will switch over to GoldTV, which I found to be exceptional during the trial period.

    Overall these guys are great to do business with.
