REQUIREMENTS:
- High-Speed Internet – Suggest a minimum of 15Mbps but highly recommend 25Mbps.
- Unlimited Data Bandwidth – Strongly Recommended having this as an option.
- Stable cable/wifi connection. if internet connection is not stable then you will channel freezing issue and we want be able to help.
There are no refunds once the account has been activated.

To avoid delays, make sure to include a message with the type of device that you have. If it is Android, IOS, STB Emulator, MAG Box. If you have a MAG Box send us your MAC Address and Portal URL we provided with order.
Login details to start using THE service will be emailed to you within the same day. depending on the timezone you might be able to get the details in your email within 30 minutes after your payment.
The server allows only one device connected at a time per subscription. If you would like to use more than one device we can provide a second subscription at a discounted price.
PLEASE NOTE: JP Electronics do not own the servers or the channels as these are free to air satellite TV channels. We just re-sell activation’s for them & help you connect to their server and manage your subscription. There are no refunds once the account has been activated as this is how IPTV works. If we activate your service with your MAC-address, you can not change to M3U later and vice versa as they are different servers and channel providers.
