    I subscribed to Crown for 6 mths. IT was good while it worked. But i was cut off at 3 mths. I emailed multiple times about the service. No one got back to me and i still have no service. Don’t use these people.

      Hi Shaun,

      As your provided Mac address is locked/used by your previous provider on crown tv so I did offered you a different service for a month and you approved it then I completed this order. I don’t understand what is the point of giving this kins of feedback. its your provider who use your box Mac address for someone else. If you provide me clean Mac address with order then you will have your service up and running within 5 minutes of receiving a payment. I do help to release customer’s block Mac address from their previous provider voluntarily. That is also possible if it’s not attached to active account. Contact your previous provider and ask him release your Mac from active account.

    Just got crown TV server activated worked for 2 days and stopped working. Message pops up on screen “YOUR STB IS BLOCKED. CALL THE PROVIDER. When I try to get a hold of JP electronics they are saying my box is active on their system but the box is not working. Also their support is way too behind they don’t reply or answer phone right away.

      Yama till today you were using Gold TV (Expired Today) On Sept 25 you place an order for Crown tv activated on same day.

      Keep in mind Gold TV and Crown TV – DO NOT USE SAME PORTAL URL – Email I sent on 25th does have portal URL for crown tv please read email in detail and then do come back to leave your stupid review.

      Jason you will get full 3 Months service but we notice that customer who pays in advance they do ask for different service as soon as some issue comes up with their current service in those case if we have all months at once than won’t able to switch the service with other working server as we do not get refund for used credits. So I do add 2months of service at a time so if something happen to your current service than I can give different service immediately and we both will be happy. For support please use support form on website for quicker reply.

I’m unable to access the service since 2 days now. It says STB Blocked. I have been posting on the whatsapp chat but no one responds. I just renewed earlier this week and not able to view anything. I wasnt able to view anything for 10 days in Dec and admin was on leave. Channels are good but whats the point if Im spending more time on chat trying to fix the issues then actually watching content.
