To avoid delays, make sure to include a message with the type of device that you have. If it is Android, IOS, STB Emulator, MAG Box. If you have a MAG Box send us your MAC Address and Portal URL we provided with order.

Login details to start using THE service will be emailed to you within the same day. depending on the timezone you might be able to get the details in your email within 30 minutes after your payment.

The server allows only one device connected at a time per subscription. If you would like to use more than one device we can provide a second subscription at a discounted price.

PLEASE NOTE: JP Electronics do not own the servers or the channels as these are free to air satellite TV channels. We just re-sell activation’s for them & help you connect to their server and manage your subscription. There are no refunds once the account has been activated as this is how IPTV works. If we activate your service with your MAC-address, you can not change to M3U later and vice versa as they are different servers and channel providers.

    I paid for and upgraded from a one-month subscription to a three-month subscription. But my subscription was terminated after the first month of the three-month subscription! I sent a mail and text since but got no response up till now.
    This was eventually resolved to satisfaction…but nothing was done about lost viewing time.

    It’s good for live TV, if you watch on demand videos/ movies then it stops every 7 or 8 minutes and then you need to start over as it won’t resume. I’ve 65 mbps connection so that’s not a problem. And everything else in the house runs fine but this.

    I can only give it a 3. Some sports channels get stuck frequently, such as tsn,sports, cbs sn. When there are exciting games. That is a turnoff. My favorite LoveNature stutters a lot too. Movie channels are good.

    The purchase was excellent and the value for money is there, however it lacks one thing – The human touch. I had written a comment in the purchase with a question to which I did not receive a reply. So frankly, I feel I am talking to a machine, which really makes me feel insecure.

    I subscribed to BOLD IPTV and everything works very well except for the VOD movies. I have tried to ask questions in the discussion area but it never shows up. I’m not sure what is going on. Live TV is really good though, must try.

For trial we do need clear Mac address which is blocked under same server. if its blocked then as we made it clear on product page we will not process order till we receive clear Mac address.

When I buy a 12 month subscription, why does it run out after 6 months and then I have to email and email and email. And then only one of my two boxes gets turned back on and I have to email and email and email? Just trying to understand…..

Smart-STB is not compatible with Bold TV subscription. There is a reason I haven’t listed “Smart-STB” in device list.

HI!

I currently have a 1 Year Bold TV subscription that is set to expire on October 30th, 2022 and I have received the blue screen error message “Your STB is blocked. Call the provider”. I tried rebooting the box and resetting the wifi settings but unfortunately that did not help. Any idea how to fix this?

I installed STB emulator on my amazon fire stick, now when i order do i have to put Box name STB emulator or Mag box because i selected mag 254 on STB app in fire stick.

i have small query about app. I could install Smart STB app in my samsung smart TV. Does it work with your service? I have seen people talking about stbemu app. Is it different from Smart STB app? If STBEMU is neceessary, how do i install that in samsung smart tv? Anyone has insight please? thx

Only few server works with Smart STB app on TV. STB Emulator is an android application which works on any android device and once you install on device its require some configuration to have it play the TV channels. You can’t install STB Emulator on smart tv except Android TV.
