Only few server works with Smart STB app on TV. STB Emulator is an android application which works on any android device and once you install on device its require some configuration to have it play the TV channels. You can’t install STB Emulator on smart tv except Android TV.

I went with the gold subscription I found varies channels were freezing constantly which eas annoying. Considering Ive had IPTV for a year through another provider where the quality was exceptional. Thanks for the response. But problem persists with live BoldIPTv every day especially between 4-9pm PST. After restarting the app or reapplying profile, it restarts the portal and then shows the channels for live TV. Otherwise the channel lineup shows as empty.

Thanks but I figured it out. This issue has nothing to do with upgrading to an iptv device. The StbEmPro app works just fine. The problem regularly happens between 3:30-9pm PST i.e. between 6pm – 12 midnight EST. I am in the west coast and the portal after starting cannot fetch the live TV catalog. This is because East coast users are logged on and there are no resources available as I start my portal. So no TV services between 5-9pm usually for me.
I think bold TV guys need to look at the load during these hours. Rest of the times there is no problem with the services at all. Please look into this issue asap and ask bold TV guys please.

Yes you can watch on road or anywhere in the world as long as you get proper internet connection…minimum requirement 15mbps for good service. You need to install Stalker Emulator on device you want to watch IPTV. Also I will request to upload the shows to admin…It will be up to admin to add those show or no.

It’s good for live TV, if you watch on demand videos/ movies then it stops every 7 or 8 minutes and then you need to start over as it won’t resume. I’ve 65 mbps connection so that’s not a problem. And everything else in the house runs fine but this.

Could you please process/parse the IP inside X-Forwarded-For / X-Real-IP or open port 88 (Apache backend). I have not been able to watch VOD movies on BOLD TV subscription. Please help.

I am just a reseller and don’t have access to server so can’t really open the the backend port 88. Also if VOD is not working than it has nothing to do with opening port. ITs more dependable on box.

I had some issues with the app closing and crashing sometimes. Customer service tried to help me but it was still crashing. I finally figured what was wrong with it and it’s working fine now. Customer service is very good, they are always trying to help. Most channels work and picture quality is good.

Try again…There was a issue with mac address which has been corrected. Actually there was expired account attached same mac address as a result you had this issue.

This video on website was recorded couple months ago. On IPTV channels does get upgraded timely basis as a result some channel get removed and new channels get added time to time. Also due to maintenance some channel does work at the time you check but you need to wait for couple hours and it will be back up online.
