    Great service. prompt response to the issue I had with the URL. Great video quality. I have purchased 3 month star subscription and have few questions:

    1. I see my account expires after 30 days. Can you extend for 3 months as purchased?
    2. Can I record tv serials? I have MAG 256 W1 box
    3. What is the default password for parental control?
    2. I am still awaiting on trial version credit as mentioned on website that money be credited if monthly subscription is purchased.

    Great Quality,lineup Great,VOD Good but I am a lover of TV Series of which your is good but don’t have all and i am trusting that you will add as time goes by. I presently use Crowniptv and Express Iptv of which Crown is my first choice but have some time freezing issues,so I am looking for a service with all English ,Indian or Asia programming,sports don’t really need tv from all over the world.       Hi Suresh,

      I really recommend GEM IPTV for the stuff you looking for….neither you nor your customer will be unhappy with GEM…only on one condition that always use a MAG box for hassle free service on any IPTV… On android box customer do see some issue intermittently on all android device like freezing channel or file not found in video club etc.

    My first trial of Bold went well. Took 12 hour for activation. But once set everything was smooth and there was no need for further support. However when I ordered another trial because I wanted to try another sub for some specific set of channels, I payed the money but its been 5 days and no response to emails/chats or calls and my account is yet to be setup even though i payed for the trial. Would not recommend.

That was done before you sent me the portal url.
It didn’t work initially because you did not sent me the portal url at first.
Then after I got the portal url from you it worked for 3 hrs and then stopped working even though I paid for a 24 hr trial.
However I would like to continue with Subscription if I can get it working again.Please credit back trial charges to my subscription fees as you mention on your website.

Yes I forgot to sent you portal URL in email so I did sent in second email. I have no clue why it giving you no service after 3 hours… it should work fine as account is active….Anyways If you like to continue with service than do place and order and I will take a look in to the issue.
